Stila has just come out with the Barbie Loves Stila collection, available HERE.
Has anyone tried any of the products yet? I will probably go out and buy some of the new product line this week, so stay tuned for a review!
In other news, my DIY attempt FAILED big time. I do not have a sewing machine, so it was verrry tedious to sew by hand. I completed about 10% of my project myself and then handed it over to my mom to finish with her sewing machine. For those of you that own a sewing machine, I will put up a tutorial on that when it is completed.

Alternative to Hemming Jeans

I recently purchased Bristol 6's Hem tape while shopping in LA a few weeks ago, and just tried it out yesterday on my looong William Rast jeans. They are a great length for wearing 4" heels, but with flats I had to shorten them. In the past I've tried different kinds of tape to shorten my jeans temporarily and it never worked. This hem tape really works! It is sticky and sturdy enough to shorten jeans great. I like having the option of wearing certain jeans with high heels and also with flats as opposed to hemming them. OCC Lip Tar in Hush

I ordered 2 Lip Tars from Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics because I've heard lots of people rave about them and I must say I'm very impressed. They are AMAZING! I can't wait to order more colors. What's A Tire Jack?

If you regularly read my blog, you know that I wasn't so sure about Matte nail polish awhile back, see this post.
Well, I've since changed my mind. I just bought my first matte polish today at Sephora, it's Sephora by OPI in What's A Tire Jack? They don't have it up for sale on their website yet, and the sales lady had to go to the back to get it for me so if you want it, just ask someone at your local Sephora. To add a teeny bit of shine, I put a clear polish on the tips after I used the matte black polish...think a spin on the french manicure. It's a little sloppy, so next time I will be taking my polish to the salon. I can't wait to get more matte colors! Have any of you tried matte polish yet? Do you like it?

Louboutin Manicure and first DIY attempt

I just went to JoAnn's and bought all the supplies I need to make my own Erin Kleinberg chain pocket tee. I bought an Old Navy top that compares to the one below (minus the chain). I spent $30 on the shirt + supplies; a lot better than $129 for the real version. I will keep you posted on how it turns out + pictures and a how-to assuming it turns out well!

Yes, you read that right. If you want to add some glitz to your gaze, it will cost you about $4,000.

Unite Seven Seconds Leave In Detangler

I bought this stuff a few months ago and have used so much of it already, it is AMAZING. By far my favorite hair product. If you have coarse and/or colored hair, this stuff works wonders in terms of detangling and softening the hair. I spray it on after I get out of the shower and brush it through my hair. It is the best leave in conditioner/detangler I have ever tried! It leaves your hair soft and smelling so good.
