As some have you may have noticed, my work out calendar on the right side of my blog has been empty for a couple months. I religiously updated it every day with my workouts but after a certain number of views, it became "locked" for a few weeks, then released and I could then continue to update it. Since the calendar only allowed for sporatic updates on my workouts, I just started a new blog completely dedicated to diet and fitness. It will solely track my progress; what I eat and what I do for excercise.
